DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION WORKSHOPS
Build inclusive mindsets and skills of all your employees through our workshops. We teach the importance of cultural identity and awareness in the workplace. Learn what DEI means to you, and to the person next to you. Workshops can be conducted in person or online via Zoom (currently only online due to COVID-19), and are 60, 90, or 120 minutes.

Unfiltered Conversations is an experience and framework that helps people understand the severity of racism and racial inequality. We are at risk when they neglect to facilitate conversations on sensitive topics like racism, microaggressions, and power dynamics. Unfiltered Conversations provides a safe environment for discourse that builds unity, and helps mobilize change.
It’s important to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. AntiHarassment workshops are designed to increase participant awareness of workplace harassment, prevent future incidents, change workplace culture, influence behaviors, and educate employees on what to do should harassment occur within their workplace.
